Commissioned by the Friends of Scarborough Art Gallery, these ten benches can be positioned in different configurations to suit different spaces - one in a corner, 4 forming a circle, or a wavy line down the length of the gallery. Manufactured in English ash, with stainless steel front legs, the chairs pick up on the rhythm of the sea with the 'bright lights' of Scarborough represented by the strings of shiny beads top and bottom.
