We transform local sustainable wood into exquisite furniture for homes, gardens and public places.

A long-worked agreement with nature, a handshake with wood”.

Bespoke tables

We design and hand-make dining tables, coffee tables, console tables and side tables to suit your space and requirements. A table creates a focal point, a gathering place and a surface to dine, work and create.

Garden furniture and exterior public commissions

Scottish air-dried oak is very durable and perfect for exterior furniture. By steam-bending we create strong, curvaceous, comfortable elements for a wide range of exterior projects from benches for national trails to collections for city gardens.

Cabinets and storage

Cabinets are often commissioned to store treasured collections, such as our Whisky Collectors Cabinet, but also includes sideboards, chest of drawers and wardrobes.

Sculptural Benches

Most years Angus makes a sculptural one-off for international craft and design fairs. These experimental artistic creations are full of narrative and help develop his extraordinary steam-bending practise.

Public spaces

We have been commissioned to create functional public art for many public places including museums, churches, bars and boardrooms. This furniture includes reception desks, boardroom tables, display cabinets and benches.

Bespoke desks

Our desks are comfortable to use, beautiful and designed to suit your way of working. Steam-bending our local oak and ash allows us to create useful curved ergonomic shapes.

Chairs and Stools

Angus enjoys the challenge of designing and making comfortable yet beautiful, elegant yet strong chairs and stools.

Our Prism Chair won Best Sustainable Product at Decorex.

Bedroom Furniture

This includes beds, wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables and dressing tables to create a healthy, special, sanctuary bedroom.

Sustainable timber

Our timber is from our woodland and local estates.

Highly selective thinning of trees works with nature, encouraging natural regeneration and bio-diversity to improving the overall health and resilience of the woodland.

Larger projects

Sometimes we are commissioned to design and make whole new furniture collections for private houses and these can be seen in the public spaces section.
