At ANGUS ROSS, we take the privacy of your information very seriously. This privacy statement explains how and for what purposes we use your personal information. Please note that this privacy statement does not apply any third party websites which are linked to our Site.
Our privacy policy has been updated in-line with The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on the 25th May 2018 and updated 15th April 2021.

What information do we collect about you?
We may collect and process Personal Information when you get in touch with us. You may sign up to receive a newsletter, on-line or in person, and provide us with your name and email address. You may provide us with information using our enquiry form, when you visit us at the workshop, or at events, or when you email us or contact us in any way for any reason. We may ask you for your name, postal address, telephone number and email address and may also request additional information from you in order to provide you with the information, goods or services you have requested. All of your information is supplied on a voluntary basis. Please be assured that we will only use your personal information to support your relationship with Angus Ross Ltd.
What do we do with the information?
You can visit our website without telling us who you are and without revealing any information about yourself. If, however, you use our site to request information from us you will be asked to provide certain information such as your contact details. We will store this data and hold it on our computer, iCloud and our client relationship management system (third party provider Capsule CRM).
If you subscribe to our mailing list, we will send you a newsletter approximately once a month when we have news from the workshop or woodland, new product launches, special offers, or events, but we promise not to bombard you. You are able to unsubscribe from these emails by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every newsletter. We do not share or sell our mailing lists to other companies. Our newsletters are sent via our Squarespace website who have their own stringent Privacy Policy.
We use Google Analytics to compile visitor statistics about our website. This is all anonymous and provides information such as how many people have visited our website, what type of technology they are using, how long they spend on the site, what page they look at etc. This helps us to continuously improve our website.
We will only share Personal Information with third parties in order to provide you with a good customer experience. For example we share your name, address and phone number to facilitate delivery of purchased furniture. We use UK based Kashflow, to issue quotes, invoices and record payments made. We use Worldpay, to process the credit card payment option on our emailed invoices. We do not see or store any credit card details.
We may contact you by email, phone or mail for market research purposes.
We have implemented all reasonable and practical steps to ensure the security of your personal information however absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
